BMES-1D Modular Electric Power Plant

The BMES-1D can be used in a wide range of climatic conditions as a source of heat and electric energy. It is an outdoor installation capable of supplying multiple consumers with three-phase AC.

The BMES-1D is capable to operate at outside temperatures ranging from -50oC to +30oC.

The plant is configured as a set of packages and modules of ultimate operational readiness. These can be transported for outdoor installation at the place of assembly and further operation by rail, road or water.

Once assembled and installed, the plant is a self-contained construction entirely serviceable from inside.

The core component of the BMES-1D is a 1.0-MW diesel generator package, DG-99, manufactured by RUMO Co., Nizhny Novgorod.

The plant support systems can be adapted for operation on natural gas. The diesel operating on gas fuel is produced by RUMO Co.

The assembly period at the work site is 1 month.

BMES-2.5 Modular Electric Power Plant

The BMES-2.5 is intended for use in a wide range of climatic conditions as the primary or a standby source of electric and thermal power for Gazprom industrial and residential consumers.

It can be employed at air temperatures varying from -55oC to +30oC.

Once assembled and installed, the plant is a self-contained construction entirely serviceable from inside.

The core component of the BMES-2.5 is an aircraft engine-based gas-turbine package, GTU-2,5P-3000, and a generator, GTG-2,5-2R UKhL3.

In case of the plant modification it is possible:

Construction time cycle - 9...12 months.

Assembly period at the site of permanent operation - 1 month

BMES-10 Modular Electric Power Plant

The Modular Gas-Turbine Power Plant, BMES-10, incorporating a 10MW gas-turbine engine of aviation type with of 10 MW rated power is capable of operation in a wide range of climatic conditions. It is intended for use in energy-deficient areas as the primary or a standby source of electric power.

It can also be employed for electric power and heat supply to small towns, settlements, residential areas, and production-and-utility systems of town clusters.

The BMES-10 can operate at outside temperatures from -55oC to +30oC.

The plant is made up of functionally complete packages and modules, which, in the state of ultimate readiness for assembly, can be transported by rail, road or water. Thus time and cost of installation in-situ is reduced to minimum.

The prototype BGTES-9,5 was constructed and mounted on Toliatinskaya experimental-industrial compressor station.

Alternatively, it can be installed on a water-borne craft.

Construction time - 9...12 months.

BGTES-20 (SALYUT) Modular Gas-Turbine Power Plant

The Modular Gas-Turbine Power Plant, BGTES-20 (SALYUT), incorporates a 20MW gas-turbine engine of aviation type(GTE-20S). It is capable of operation in a wide range of climatic conditions and is intended for use in energy-deficient areas as the primary or a standby source of electric power and heat.

The BGTES-20 can operate at outside temperatures from -55oC to +30oC.

It can also be employed for electric power and heat supply to small towns, settlements, residential areas, as well as in production-and-utility systems of town clusters.

The plant is made up of separate, functionally complete packages and modules, which, in the state of ultimate readiness for assembly, can be transported by rail, road or water. Thus, the time and cost of installation in-situ is reduced to minimum. Alternatively, BGTS-20 can be installed on a water-borne craft.

Advantages of the offered FPU:

A high conversion potential of marine technologies allows to implement all fundamental requirements for safety, reliability and efficiency to be met by promising new generation nuclear power plants, including storage and transport of FPU-40.

The FPU returns to a specialized factory for repair and recycling. Upon completion of the nuclear facility operation, the idea of the "green lawn" is implemented.

The periods between refueling, conducted at a specialized factory are lengthy, no operations related to nuclear fuel handling are conducted at the FPU basing site.

The FPU principal architectural and layout decisions provide its construction at Krasnoye Sormovo Shipyard OJSC (Nizhny Novgorod) under a proven technology without any production restrictions.

There is a possibility of the FPU transportation along the Volga River, the White Sea-Baltic Canal for subsequent location in the rivers and sea coasts of Russia and other countries.
